I am a qualified personal trainer with 7 years industry experience. My journey began with outdoor group and one-on-one functional fitness, stemming later into endurance training, circuit, HIIT, kettlebells, olympic lifting, suspension training, rehab, mobility/flexibility, body building, Crossfit, triathlon and more recently, holistic health. My strengths as a coach lie in keeping my clients on track long term, developing core strength and stability, whilst improving strength, fitness and stimulating weight loss. I am a qualified mindset coach, and am currently studying Bachelor of Health Sciences, Naturopathy. I am passionate about deliver the correct and appropriate information to clients regarding their health and nutrition, being sensitive to clients needs. I have experience in gut health, energetics, detoxification and holistic approaches to health and well being, and feel passionately about sharing this information in light of my own journey. I promise to bring my highest energy to every session I take, and aim to develop my personal skills continuously to deliver the best quality sessions possible.
